RACE FOR THE CURE :: It's that time again. Register online to join a winning team. Your participation on our team makes a difference. This year is the 16th annual Komen NC Triangle Race and our team have taken the Sweet 16 Challenge for each team member to raise at least $320 in the fight to end breast cancer forever. This should be easy if only 16 of your friends and family will make a $20 donation, you will reach your goal. Please and consider a small donation of $20 to reach your individual fund raising goal of $320. If you decide not to register, you can join the team for free and fund raise by selecting the "Fundraiser Only" option.
TWEENS MINISTRY:: Young ladies ages 10-14 are invited to a TWEEN FLING on Saturday, May 19th from 11:00-1:00pm at the Poplar House.
The TWEENS Ministry is looking for three women from Women's Fellowship Ministry who would like to assist the TWEENS with baking homemade cookies on Saturday, June 2nd from 10:00am-12:00pm. Please contact Robin Williams if you are interested in helping and fellowship with the young ladies.
SMART MINISTRY :: Calling all men to join the young men of the SMART Ministry for a night of bowling, Friday, May 18th at 7pm at Buffaloe Lanes. This event is FREE for the first 20 male youth ages 8-18. For additional information contact Rev. Frank Williams.

HOPE FOR HAITI :: Hope for Haiti Ministries is seeking sponsors for a school in Ause-A-Veau Haiti. Sponsorship consists of $30 per month for a ten month period or $300 per year. For more information, visit www.hfhm.org.
