Personnel/Policy Committee

The Personnel/Policy Committee is responsible for all church policy regarding employees of the church and general operating policies of the church as a whole. This committee develops and periodically reviews the employment policies of the church, except for ordained staff members, and recommends changes in policy, job description, compensation, benefits and staff to the Board of Directors. They conduct periodic reviews of all non-ordained staff.

The Personnel Committee also reviews all employee and member grievances and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors based on these reviews. This committee also screens applicants for employment with the church.
